I accept checks, cash and credit/debit including Flexible Savings Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA).  My fees range from $75.00 to $170.00. For details on my fees, please see each service provided. I do not contract with insurance companies but will provide the paperwork for those who wish to submit a “superbill” to their insurance company.  This superbill has information that insurance companies require in order to process claims and, in some cases, reimburse the customer.

Many people have yearly deductibles that must be met before coverage is guaranteed so they pay for their Physical Therapy visits until this occurs. Submitting the superbill can chip away at these deductibles. Also, co-pays and co-insurance are a norm for anyone going to an “in-network” provider so many patients pay a good percentage of their visit, out-of-pocket.

Please note that by not being an “in-network” provider, I can focus my attention to directly serve your needs, take the time needed to communicate with your other providers (at your discretion and authorization), and be much more available to you should questions and concerns arise.
