Transcranial Photobiostimulation (Red Light Therapy for the brain)
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/30883832.
This study showed that the right dosage of light therapy had anti-anxiety and anti-depressive effects in mice in this 3 week study. Changes noted in the brain were increased cerebral serotonin levels, decreased nitric oxide in the hippocampus area and prefrontal cortex, and decreased serum cortisol levels.
